They get to see, hold and touch some of our exotic animals in the comfort of your own home. Our experienced staff have an abundance of fascinating facts to share and are always on hand to answer any questions and ensure that everyone has a great time!

The birthday star will also receive their very own 'Snake Handling Certificate'!

You and your friends can take as many photographs as you like during the party, so you will never forget what a great day you had!

The Reptile Room has a strict Health and Safety policy, as such we supply our own anti-bacterial washing facilities at all our events and ensure that attendees wash their hands after handling every animal. We also have full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

Parties start at a base price of £85.00 for under 11's and £105.00 for 11 and overs. What you get for the base price depends on the level of contact you want those attending to have with the animals. We offer three levels of animal contact - Minimum, Standard and Extended.

If you choose our Minimum contact option then the base price covers a party for up to 20 people which you can expect to last around 1 hour. If you add extra people then each person will add around 3 minutes to the length of time the party takes.

If you choose our Standard contact option then the base price covers a party for up to 12 people which you can expect to last around 1 hour. If you add extra people then each person will add around 5 minutes to the length of time the party takes.

If you choose our Extended contact option then the base price covers a party for up to 8 people which you can expect to last around 1 hour. If you add extra people then each person will add around 8 minutes to the length of time the party takes.

As you can see the different contact levels allow for more or less time spent with each animal. If you require more people to attend than the base price covers for a particular contact level then each additional person is charged for per head at different rates depending on the age group and contact level required.

Before you fill in our form, consider what time you actually want the reptile show to start? If you are planning on having other actvities or want to get the food out of the way beforehand then you need to allow for that. If you plan on having the reptile party first before any other activities then we recommend having it start 15 to 30 minutes after you have asked your guests to arrive. This allows them plenty of time to settle in and for any late comers to arrive.

If your party is going to start or go on into a time that is outside of our staffs normal working hours then we also charge a one off out of hours fee of £20.00. If the time you are requesting plus the expected length of the party is going to go outside of our normal working hours then just check the 'Out of working hours' box at the bottom right of the form to add that charge in with your estimate.

We do ask for a 50% deposit, which we will require when we call you to confirm the booking, and the remainder is due the day before the party.

Rather than have you try to calculate all this we have created this form to allow you to enter your party requirements and it will tell you the cost for those requirements and how long, approximately, you can expect the party to last at the bottom of the form, just before the submit button.
